Shipping Policy
Parcels go out on business days only; Sportz Source Hub does not pretend to ship on public holidays.
Where we ship
US addresses only — all fifty states and the territories the carrier covers. No overseas delivery.
What it costs
Reach $99.00 and the shipping is on us. Otherwise it is $12.99, flat, with no weight bands.
Whatever the cart shows before you confirm is what is charged, in full.
How long it takes
- 1–2 business days before the parcel leaves Houston.
- 3–7 business days in the carrier network.
- 4–9 business days from checkout to doorstep.
Federal holidays and weekends pause the clock. Late orders start the following business day.

Tracking
The carrier’s first scan triggers the tracking email. Everything is also on the Track Your Order page.
If the address is wrong
The shipping address is taken as given. A returned parcel is held until you confirm the correction, then reshipped at the standard charge.
Damage or loss
Contact us inside 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will file the claim and make it good.
Send photographs if you have them. We will proceed either way.
What we do not offer
We cannot hold a web order at the counter, deliver the same day, or promise a time window.
